Description

Succulent shrublet, with short, erect or sprawling branches, 10-30cm in height. Leaves fleshy, ovoid to fusiform (tapering at both ends); flowers radiate, few in lax, terminal heads on slender flower stalks, yellow or white.

Latin: carno, fleshy, thick: referring to the succulent, fleshy leaves.
