'Under the microscope'! Dainty, pendent Erica ioniana, only 15cm tall, is flowering now in the Reserve - a scarce species, endemic to the Hermanus area and only found in the Kleinrivier Mountains. Its low nodding habit suggests pollination by creeping insects. Photo: Margaret Stanway   more here
