Description

Cormous geophyte up to 2m tall. Leaves sword-shaped, 15-40mm wide. Flowers in elongate spikes, mostly orange to red, rarely pink or purple; perianth tube elongate 42-55mm long; stamens arctuate (curved upward like a bow); bracts 10-20mm long.

Capsules tapering.
