Description

Erect or sprawling perennial up to 40cm, stems are conspicuously winged. Leaves ovate-elliptic (paddle-shaped), entire or slightly dentate.  Bears racemes of blue, mauve or white flowers, up to 10mm long.

Latin: anceps = flattened or two-edged: referring to the winged stems.
