Plants 30-60cm high - sometimes with one or two short lateral branchlets. Leaves linear to lanceolate - often loosely coiled above. Flowers 5-12 per spike - crowded - small - lemon-yellow to sulphur-yellow - sweetly fragrant. Tepals spreading - mostly 12-15mm long.
