Description

Erect plants up to 40cm, usually slender. Leaves cauline (arising from the stem), linear, imbricate and grading into the floral bracts. Inflorescence slender, dense and with numerous flowers, bracts usually overtopping the flowers; flowers white to brown to purple and often spotted. Spur with deep dorsal groove. Dorsal sepal 5-8mm long.
