Plants slender up to 28cm tall with hairy stem. Leaf single, roundish up to 35mm in diameter with cordate base. Flower solitary, petals and lip pale lilac-blue to whitish, sepals pale green. Lip up to 32mm long, much divided into spreading, narrowly linear segments each with a white terminal knob. Spur narrowly conical, 6-9mm long.
