Description

Robust much-branched woolly shrublet, up to 1m; widespread and very beautiful and very conspicuous when in flower. Leaves grey, velvety, crowded and narrow, leaves smaller towards the top; flowers in loose clusters on woolly stalks; a central disc of small purplish florets surrounded by papery-white bracts.
