Description

Sprawling, closely-leafy shrublet up to 30cm. Leaves narrowly ovate, deeply cordate (heart-shaped) at the base, up to 2mm long, margins strongly revolute; tiny, whitish flowers in solitary capitula (flowerheads) surrounded by a few leaves.

Latin: humus, humi = on or in the ground; -ilis = indicates capacity or ability: referring to the species low-lying habit.
