Description

Stiff, sparsely branched shrublet with strong knotty branches to 70cm. Clusters of greyish leaves, 3-foliolate, leaflets ovate-oblanceolate, flat, small, silver-silky; flowers clustered in heads at branch tips, pale-lemon yellow, wings and keel silky, calyx silky, lobes triangular, often dark pigmented.

Latin: ramus, a branch or twig, -ulus, diminutive: referring to plants many small branchlets
